Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 1 October 2026 · AnchorPoint Property Co Pty Ltd (ACN 691 487 895), trading as Property Cashflow Institute (PCI), Perth, Western Australia.

1. About these terms

AnchorPoint Property Co Pty Ltd (ACN 691 487 895), trading as Property Cashflow Institute (PCI), Perth, Western Australia. These terms describe use of this website and the general conditions of our education services. Your enrolment offer identifies the services, price, payment schedule and access period you agree to. These website updates do not retrospectively replace an existing enrolment agreement or remove rights you already hold.

2. Education and scope

PCI provides education and mentorship about co-living and related property business strategies. Depending on your enrolment, services may include training materials, group coaching, community access, templates and onboarding. The program is not a property fund, managed investment scheme, joint venture or partnership with PCI. Content is general education and does not take your personal objectives or financial circumstances into account. Obtain appropriate independent legal, financial, tax, property and regulatory advice before acting.

3. Fees and payment

The total fee and payment schedule are disclosed in your enrolment offer. A payment plan spreads that agreed fee over instalments and is not a cancel-anytime subscription unless expressly described as one. Payment obligations remain subject to statutory rights, lawful cancellation and any agreed variation. If a payment fails, we may contact you and arrange a reasonable opportunity to resolve it. Any suspension or recovery action must be proportionate, lawful and consistent with your agreement and consumer rights. Contact us about hardship or a disputed amount.

4. Consumer guarantees, cancellation and refunds

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under Australian Consumer Law. Our Refund Policy explains change-of-mind requests, service problems, payment plans and statutory rights. Failure to achieve a particular business outcome is not, by itself, proof that a service failed a consumer guarantee; equally, a disclaimer cannot excuse a misleading claim or a failure to provide the promised service.

5. Results and your business

No income, profit, deal, approval or timeframe is guaranteed. Student stories are individual experiences and may use self-reported or projected figures as labelled. You are responsible for your own business decisions, due diligence, permissions, lease and resident agreements, costs, insurance and applicable laws. Our Disclaimer explains the limits of the educational content and how to read results.

6. Access and changes

Unless your enrolment offer says otherwise, the current program access period is 12 months from enrolment. Details of included services are those agreed at enrolment. Material changes affecting a purchased service will be communicated and addressed consistently with that agreement and applicable consumer rights. Access may be suspended where reasonably necessary to address material misuse, unlawful conduct or an unresolved material breach, with notice and a reasonable opportunity to respond where appropriate.

7. Respectful use and confidentiality

Do not misuse the website, interfere with systems, impersonate others or publish unlawful, abusive or confidential material. Respect the privacy of other participants and obtain permission before sharing their personal or deal information. These conditions do not prevent honest reviews, lawful complaints, disclosures to professional advisers under confidentiality, reports to regulators or other protected disclosures.

8. Intellectual property

PCI or its licensors own the website and program materials unless stated otherwise. Participants may use supplied materials for their own learning and internal business purposes as permitted by their enrolment. Do not redistribute, sell or publicly republish proprietary materials or recordings without permission, except where allowed by law. These terms do not claim ownership of your own independently created business materials.

9. Privacy and recordings

Our Privacy Policy explains personal information handling, CRM access, advertising technologies and Fathom recordings. Recording requires appropriate notice and any legally required permission. Attending a call does not itself authorise public use of your image or testimonial.

10. Liability

Each party remains responsible for its own conduct as required by law. PCI does not promise that business decisions made using educational content will succeed. Any lawful limitation in an applicable enrolment agreement is subject to non-excludable rights. Nothing on this site limits liability that cannot legally be limited or makes you responsible for losses caused by our unlawful conduct.

11. Questions and disputes

Contact [email protected] with a concern so we can try to resolve it in good faith. You remain free to contact a relevant consumer agency, regulator, tribunal or court, seek urgent relief or exercise another legal right. Nothing in these terms requires you to give up a forum or protection available under mandatory law.

12. Updates

We may update website information and these terms prospectively. Material changes to an existing paid service require a lawful basis under the agreement and applicable law; simply using this website does not waive rights or retrospectively accept new enrolment obligations.
