Refund Policy

Last updated: 1 October 2026 · AnchorPoint Property Co Pty Ltd (ACN 691 487 895), trading as Property Cashflow Institute (PCI), Perth, Western Australia.

1. Your consumer rights come first

Nothing in this policy or our Terms excludes, restricts or modifies a consumer guarantee, statutory cancellation right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. Australian Consumer Law rights apply independently of our change-of-mind policy and independently of whether you have accessed digital materials.

2. Change of mind and results

We do not generally offer change-of-mind refunds simply because a participant decides not to continue, does not use the program, or does not achieve a particular income or business result. This does not prevent a claim where services fail a consumer guarantee, are misrepresented, or another legal cancellation or refund right applies. Any additional written refund offer made at enrolment will also be honoured according to its lawful terms.

3. Problems with the service

Services covered by Australian Consumer Law must be supplied with due care and skill, be fit for an applicable disclosed purpose and be supplied within a reasonable time where no time is agreed. For a major failure, you may be entitled to cancel the service contract and receive the refund required by law, or keep the contract and seek compensation for reduced value. For a problem that can be remedied, we must be given an appropriate opportunity to remedy it within a reasonable time. Other cancellation, refund and compensation rights can arise if that does not occur. Remedies depend on the circumstances and applicable law.

4. Payment plans

An agreed payment plan spreads the program fee over instalments; it does not automatically make the program a cancel-anytime subscription. However, no payment obligation overrides your statutory rights or a valid agreed cancellation, refund or dispute outcome. If you are experiencing hardship or dispute a charge, contact us so we can discuss it.

5. Cooling-off rights

Any statutory cooling-off or cancellation right that applies to your enrolment remains available. This can include rights for an unsolicited consumer agreement. Whether a right applies depends on how the sale was made and the applicable law; this policy does not remove it.

6. How to request help or a refund

Email [email protected] with your name, purchase or enrolment details, the problem and the outcome you seek. Please do not send complete card details. We will assess the circumstances and applicable rights and explain the outcome. Contact us promptly about access or technical problems so we can investigate. Seeking our help does not prevent you from contacting a consumer agency or exercising another legal right.
